ABOUT US
In
October of 2007, our son James Willard Kinzer II (Will) was diagnosed
with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Autism affects over 2 million individuals
in the United States and tens of millions worldwide. Studies show
that autism is four to five times more common among boys than
girls. An estimated 1 out of 42 boys and 1 in 189 girls are diagnosed
in the United States.
Whether you've been personally affected by autism or not, one
thing is certain, the numbers are real and they aren't going away.
As the numbers continue to rise and many are dealing with the
consequences of autism, many will soon face the reality that their
child, grandchild, niece, nephew, etc. will be diagnosed.
Early intervention plays a very important role in recovery from
autism. The cost of treatment is very expensive and continues
to be difficult to find. The Will Kinzer Foundation was created
to assist families with this financial burden. Donate
today to help bring a lifetime of hope to those living with autism!
The Will Kinzer Foundation for Autism is a non-profit organization.
This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable purposes
